What are the rules?
There are just a few safety rules at Animal Zoomers:
- Only riders are allowed in the zone;
- Riders must follow the circuit in the same direction;
- No bumping into others is permitted;
- Parents must ride with any children whose feet cannot reach the platforms;
- No food or drinks in the zone;
- Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
Are the Animal Zoomers safe to ride?
Yes, our animal rides are soft to touch and travel at low speeds. They operate by turning the handle accelerator and they slow as soon as this is released. For younger children parents should supervise them to ensure they can control the rides safely.
How long does each zoom ride take?
Each ride is operated by a 5-minute token. Just purchase the number you want and off you go.
How much does it cost?
- One token for £4
- Two tokens for £6
All tokens must be redeemed at the time of purchase.

Can I book in advance?
Not at present. Animal Zoomers has a book on arrival policy. Once you arrive, you will be able to purchase your tokens and choose your Zoomer. It is possible that there may be a wait time in some instances.
How do I get there?
Please see the map on our website which shows the address and location. The Galleries Shopping Mall has a fee-paying car park.

Can I book an event or party?
Yes, you can. However these are currently on site only (at The Galleries) and usually at the start or end of the day, so please email to find out about pricing, timings, availability and arrangements.
